Paddleboarding in Portugal
Glide across the water and discover secluded bays and sea caves on a fun paddleboarding activity in Portugal with your group!
What is stand up paddleboarding?
So, this is what’s-SUP! Paddleboarding is all about that stress-free feeling you get when out on the water and it really ticks the blue health box. Take in incredible natural landscapes, socialise with your group, and learn a new fun skill all at the same time. Try to keep your balance while standing on top of a large surf-type board, using a long paddle to glide across the water. It’s a great core workout and the perfect beginner-friendly adventure for private groups in Portugal.
Discover Portugal's natural beauty with SUP
Combine Portugal’s warm weather, secluded bays and picturesque river sections and it creates the perfect environment to learn to paddleboard. Head south to Algarve and join us near Lagos & Sagres for a serene paddleboarding tour around incredible rock-formations and discovering stunning sea caves. Or we can take you onto the pristine Aljezur river at Amoreira beach, for an easy-going SUP session. Cascais Bay in the Lisbon region offers a fun SUP experience for complete beginners, paddling around the fishing boats and to the famous lighthouse. Or why not join us in Ericeira, with a river exploration around the green countryside. Madeira Island’s sub-tropical waters offer a great year-round experience for paddleboarders wanting to explore the colourful coastal village of Câmara do Lobos!
Whether you want to include paddleboarding as part of your corporate retreat, hen weekend or getaway with your sports-team, it’s a watersport that shouldn’t be missed when visiting Portugal! We’ll create a quality package tailored to your group, including accommodation, transfers and meals. Already have your accommodation sorted? No worries, we can also help with an epic daytrip!
