Offsite Brief
For this company offsite we needed to strike a balance between team meetings, workshops and adventures. It was an exciting, pivotal moment in the company, so face-to-face meetings were crucial, as were the updates and opportunity to meet team members in-person. But, as always with Big Blue, there’s always time for adventure. The offsite also had plenty of moments for connection in nature, whether it be whilst swimming in the sea on a boat trip, abseiling into rock pools or dining up in the mountains.
