Offsite Brief
For this company offsite, the team wanted to come together for the first time, for an awesome team building trip filled with team bonding, building connections and having cool shared experiences. Creating memories that will last far beyond the offsite. There was no meeting time built into the itinerary, this group was all about letting the good times roll; packing in the adventure time, and making the most of this unique time together.
Offsite Itinerary: 2 nights
Day 1:
- Airport transfers: Some of the BBA team were there to welcome the team and make sure they all made their transfers
- Check in at the hotel: The rest of the BBA team made sure check in ran smoothly and the team received their gift bags
- Team lunch with a welcome talk from the CEO, and of course a team photo, with the awesome harbour views from the hotel
- Free time to enjoy the hotel spa facilities and explore the beautiful beaches and coastline around the hotel
- Wine tasting at the hotel, with an expert sommelier from a nearby vineyard presenting some of their finest Algarve wines
- Dinner and drinks at the awesome hotel restaurant, with sunset views of the harbour
Day 2:
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Team splits across four awesome activities:
Surfing – Catch some waves at one of the most epic and scenic surf spots in Portugal
Hiking – Check out the awesome views around the Algarve coastline and admire it’s famous burnt-orange cliffs
E-biking – Get immersed in nature as you power through the countryside on two wheels, a great way to see some of Algarve’s spectacular landscapes
Beach yoga – Relax and stretch to the sounds of the lapping waves, and breath in the fresh sea air with a session on the sand - Team lunch in the picturesque town of Aljezur
- Transfers back to the hotel
- Free time to relax and recharge before the evening
- Cocktail drinks reception at the hotel, kick back with a drink in the bar or outside by the fire pit
- Short walk into town for a special 3-course final night dinner at an amazing and characterful Italian restaurant
- Party time, as dinner ends it’s a short stroll to a nearby bar, exclusive for the team, for drinks, dancing and live music
Day 3:
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Time to get zen at an optional morning yoga session at the peaceful hotel studio with lovely sea views
- Check out
