s/v Maker's Match - Chuck & Terri....... and Vince
We first met in Las Olas Marina in December 04 at the end of the hurricane season before all the boats set sail from the USA and head to the cruising grounds of the Bahamas, Sailing a Lagoon 410 like ours (but just much cleaner), We spent all the next day scrubbing our boat. From North Carolina they are also on the first year as full time live aboard cruisers. We have met up with them several times and currently (April05)are sailing in convoy with them and another boat (Neshuma) around Eleuthera before they carry on North to to Abacos and back to the United States and we turn to go South and Dominican Republic. Vince their 8 year old Boxer dog travels with them and is very at home on the boat or in the dingy. Next season we may meet them again as we both head for the Virgin Islands.

Change of plan... Chuck and Terri don't go back to the USA and turn round to head to Dominican Republic with us.

s/v Neshuma - Steve & Sue

Steve and Sue are on a Pearson 38 called Neshuma. Both from Maine in the United States, we met them in Nassau and after meeting up a few weeks later we have traveled a lot with them. After this season is over in June we are both heading for the Dominican Republic to wait out the hurricane season until the next sailing season begins in November. They plan to head for the Virgin Islands and beyond with us next year.
