Eleuthera is one of the biggest islands in the Bahamas and once had a booming tourist trade with several jumbo jets arriving each day loaded with visitors. After the Bahamiamian took control from the Brits corruption started to emmerge and hotels, resorts, and buisnesses soon tired of the "extra payment" and moved away. The island is in ruins and locals stuggle to find work.
