Chubb cay is part of a small group of island called the Berry Islands. We stopped here while waiting for better weather to head to Nassau.

At the start of the season the weather is nice but not as warm as later in the season.

The water is very clear but as its jelly fish breeding season here we decide not to get wet.

The US Coast Guard escort a boat in early one morning.

Drug runners are known to use dark coloured speed boats with no lights to try and get in the United States with out being spotted. The coast guard don't mess about and appear with machine guns to search the boat while the helicopter takes off again and circles the island. After about 3 hours searching they let the boat leave.
